Innovation in Defense Acquisition – Learn and Connect!

Long acquisition life cycles run counter to innovation. By the time a traditional acquisition program completes, any “new” technology is outdated. As a result, DoD got clever by introducing some new innovative acquisition strategies.

During an intense, day-long session with key decision-makers, attendees will hear about acquisition mechanisms from TARDEC, DARPA and Other Transaction Authorities (OTA) leaders, while having the opportunity to network through one-on-one engagements. The event was designed by government and industry for learning, connections and collaboration.

ACQUISITION OVERVIEW TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • OTAs
  • Consortiums
  • DARPA and TARDEC Overviews
  • Tech Groups
  • SBIRs and CRADAs
