Exhibitors gain a significantly larger audience—from 3,200 to an expected 11,000 attendees—providing triple the exposure and a far stronger return on investment.

XPONENTIAL selects a different host city each year. For 2026, they chose Detroit, Michigan, and invited MDEX to co-locate due to the region’s strength in advanced mobility, defense manufacturing, and autonomy. Detroit’s location also makes it easier for many Army, industry, and academic stakeholders to attend both events in a single venue.

Yes. All MDEX exhibitors receive full access to MDEX spaces, programming, and networking while also gaining access to XPONENTIAL’s exhibit hall and cross-event traffic.
