Register for MDEX 2026
All MDEX Attendees and Exhibitors must register through XPONENTIAL, which handles all badge and hotel reservations for the co-located event. The cost to attend is below. If you attended MDEX 2025, you will receive a separate email with a code to register for free.
Steps to Register:
- Go to xponential.org/attendee_registration.cfm
- Click “Register Now”
- Select “I do not have an AUVSI Customer Account”
- Enter your information and click “Begin”
- If needed, book your hotel during this process
Cost to attend:
- $139 for AUVSI members until 3/27/26
- $169 until 3/27/26
- $199 after 3/27/26
- $229 on site
