Refund Policy

Booth cancellations must be submitted in writing, telephone requests will not be honored. Cancellations received before February 1st will receive a full refund minus the processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. Cancellations received after February 1st through March 1st will receive a 50% refund minus the processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30.

There will be NO REFUNDS after March 1st. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.

Purchase Policy

No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in
Early breakdown before 2pm on Thursday incurs a $500 cost per 10×10 space
There will be photography and recordings
Exhibitor acknowledges there are due dates and any missed will be at the fault of exhibitor and not NDIA Michigan nor the MDEX event committee.
