Refund Policy
Booth cancellations must be submitted in writing, telephone requests will not be honored. Cancellations received before February 1st will receive a full refund minus the processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. Cancellations received after February 1st through March 1st will receive a 50% refund minus the processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30.
There will be NO REFUNDS after March 1st. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.
Purchase Policy
- No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in
- Early breakdown before 2pm on Thursday incurs a $500 cost per 10×10 space
- There will be photography and recordings
- Exhibitor acknowledges there are due dates and any missed will be at the fault of exhibitor and not NDIA Michigan nor the MDEX event committee.
